Refund Policy.
Last updated: October 3, 2026.
Before work begins
If a project is cancelled before substantive work begins, contact the service promptly. Refund eligibility will depend on payment-processing costs and any non-refundable third-party purchases already made for the project.
After work begins
Once substantive design, development, research, setup or other project work has begun, amounts covering work already performed are non-refundable. Any refund of the remaining unearned portion, if applicable, is determined from the project's documented scope and progress.
Third-party purchases
Domains, licenses, stock assets, subscriptions and other third-party purchases made for a project are non-refundable to the extent the third party does not refund them.
Completed work
After the agreed deliverables have been completed and delivered, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Disputes
If something is wrong, email [email protected] first so there is an opportunity to resolve it.
