Terms of Service.
Last updated: October 3, 2026.
Service scope
Each project is limited to the pages, features, deliverables and revision rounds stated in the written order or scope. Requests outside that scope may require additional payment and time.
Payment and start of work
Work begins only after required payment and sufficient project information have been received. Third-party purchases such as domains, paid software, stock assets or subscriptions are separate unless explicitly included.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying accurate content and for having permission to use all text, trademarks, images and other materials you provide. Delays in providing content, approvals or access may delay delivery.
Revisions
A revision round is one consolidated set of reasonable changes within the agreed scope. New pages, features, integrations, redesigns or substantial changes in direction are not revisions and may be quoted separately.
Ownership
After all amounts due are paid, rights in original custom project files created specifically for you are transferred to you to the extent legally transferable. Third-party code, libraries, fonts, stock media, trademarks and licensed materials remain subject to their own terms.
Domains, hosting and third parties
Domains, hosting providers, payment processors, email services and integrations are third-party services. Their uptime, policies, pricing and availability are outside this service's control. You remain responsible for third-party accounts and recurring charges unless agreed otherwise.
No guarantees
No specific traffic, sales, conversion rate, search-engine ranking, revenue or business result is guaranteed.
Acceptable projects
Projects may be declined where the requested work is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringes third-party rights, or falls outside available capabilities.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
